LiveWithCulture.ca collects relevant Event Contact Information on the Submit An Event form. LiveWithCulture.ca collects your e-mail address in the newsletter sign-up form.

Use of Data Collected

Your event contact information will be used for internal administration purposes such as to contact you to verify the validity and accuracy of events being submitted. Other contact information such as venue phone number will be published on the event listing portion of the website.  By submitting your events on our Submit An Event form, you are giving LiveWithCulture.ca permission to contact you by e-mail or phone to verify details of your event listings.

Your email will be used by LiveWithCulture.ca to inform you about LiveWithCulture.ca news and listings. By signing up to our email list, you are giving LiveWithCulture.ca permission to contact you by e-mail. Your e-mail address will not be shared with any third parties or other divisions/program areas within the City of Toronto. Your e-mail address will be retained in a secure database for notification purposes only.

Aggregate Data Collected

We may share aggregate information – not individual data with our sponsors and potential sponsors to help them better understand our users interests.

All event information is subject to change. Please contact the event organizer directly to verify dates, times and costs. Livewithculture.ca does everything it can to keep the listings accurate, however event organizers do not always inform us of changes.
